In my production career, I’ve managed teams and workflows on both blockbuster films and indie game projects. As a Production Coordinator at Wētā FX, I supported some of the world’s largest film productions, coordinating across departments, tracking complex pipelines, and ensuring shots moved smoothly from concept through final delivery. As a Producer at Games Research Lab, I guided cross-disciplinary teams of over 30 developers to create vertical slice game projects, balancing creative ambition with schedules, resources, and team wellbeing. Across both film and games, I’ve built a reputation for clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to bring projects from vision to completion.

At Wētā FX, I oversaw sequences from concept to final delivery on some of the world’s biggest films, aligning creative vision with technical constraints and keeping multi-disciplinary teams moving toward a polished result. Documentation & Workflow Management
I built and maintained the backbone of large-scale productions by organizing Shotgun, Jira, Confluence, and calendar systems that kept entire teams aligned. From tracking hundreds of moving parts to ensuring the right information reached the right people at the right time, I created clarity in the middle of complexity, giving artists and supervisors the space to focus on delivering their best work.

Digital Literacy & Workflow Management
I implemented Shotgun pipelines, managed progress reports, and worked hands-on in game engines to connect production tracking with in-engine development. This streamlined iteration cycles and ensured visibility across all departments.
